But we don't just stop there. To help you to get started even better, we have built several online help tools into the system, allowing you to get started even faster and better.

Help and information signs
In the system, all functions have help signs. When you hover the mouse over a help sign, a pop up comes up explaining what you can do in that function..
These help signs can also be turned off again once you are familiar with the system.
For the backoffice system and mobile app, there is a full explainer video, which uses voice, images and text to explain how the app works and functions.
These videotrainings are avaiable in English, Dutch, French, Italian and Spanish
The backoffice system is fully translated into 5 languages with many more to come.
The mobile App is translated into more than 20 different languages. This allows all cleaners of all nationalities to work with your App. This saves a lot of time explaining and starting up how to use the App.
The system also includes comprehensive instruction books of the system and the mobile App.
These instruction books are tremendously detailed with a handy table of contents. Want to know something about a specific part? Look it up, click on it and you'll be directed directly to the section where everything is explained with pictures and examples.
