We have been developing our ERP system since 2014, the complete system had to be converted into a new frame. It could also use a more modern look and the system had to be able to support a customer base. In addition, since the beginning of 2020 we have also started developing an additional App, which can be used on smartphone or tablet/iPad.
Recently our new website went online, here you can also follow our new developments. In addition, we have also made several video training courses, in which the system and the application are explained and shown. These can be found via links on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
In this way we keep you informed of the developments surrounding the system and the application. Despite all the developments, our principle continues to make it possible to innovate for every cleaning entrepreneur.

Klien-IT-Systems has developed an ERP system especially for the cleaning industry. Due to the low price of our complete all-in-one software package, it is now possible for every cleaning entrepreneur to innovate.
In addition to the system, Klien-IT-Systems now also has an APP. The APP makes it even easier for employees at the office, but especially for employees who do the cleaning tasks on the workplace, to keep their administration up to date. From now on, employees can immediately view the required data from anywhere. Think of clocking in/out (time registration), view cleaning schedule, view planning and request furlough.
For Klien-IT-Systems, investing in an APP was a logical addition to the ERP system, in order to make the system user-friendly and accessible for alle employees. In addition, the APP reduces the administrative pressure at the office and we have one collective centralised database within the company.
The goal was to keep the APP as simple as possible, so that it remains user-friendly and understandable for everyone.

The new Klien-IT-Systems website has been officially launched. With the launch of the website, the new corporate identity of Klien-IT-Systems was born.
Due to the increasing demand for our ERP total solution and the professionalization efforts that we have made in the past year, we thought it was time to match our corporate identity to this.
In collaboration with Studio Carpe Diem, we had our logo redesigned, put together a new colour palette and made our mission and vision clearer.
Because despite the new house style, making digitalization and automation possible for the entire cleaning industry is always our starting point.
The new website will be filled with blogs and news articles about cleaning and especially digitization and automation in our industry.

From May 2019 time registration is an official obligation in our cleaning industry. Employers must indicate the following for each employee during an inspection:
Cleaning companies can determine themselves how they organize the time registration of their employees. But if this is missing or incomplete, the government may impose fines. These can go up to €10.000 per staff member!
When a check takes place, it is therefore necessary to provide direct insight into the work hours of all employees. You are not waiting for a sky-high fine.
With our system, we help the cleaning industry in two ways:
With Klien-IT-Systems, your employees can easily register their hours worked, breaks and overtime via the app. This is just a matter of a few clicks for practical use.
The system stores the hours confirmed by your employees in a digital timesheet overview. It provides a per-employee view of which project they worked on, when they worked, the duration, and any breaks taken. In this way, with our system you can view the time sheets of your employees anywhere and at any time and have the correct proof at all times.
In addition to the essential time registration, our system also has a clocking in/out system on GPS.
With this system, your employee can easily clock in when he/she starts cleaning. When your employee has finished cleaning, he/she clocks out in the same way. In this way it is possible to keep track of who has clocked in where and how much time your employees have actually worked (with any breaks and overtime) at the correct location by means of the built-in GPS.
These correct clock times are then also stored in the system and saved.
